A day in town

Mom and I did errands today. We talked to that girl from Barnes and Noble (her name's Christine) and I filled out a job application. We went to Wal-Mart..I saw a Narnia Prince Caspian birthday card and mom got it for me haha. We also got the Indiana Jones movies, The Golden Compass, and National Treasure: Book of Secrets. We ate lunch at The Cookie Jar restaurant..they had a trivia thing in this booklet with ads. One of the questions was "what's a baby beaver called?" and I guessed kittens..and I was right haha. I was praising myself rather loudly. :P Then we went to the job meeting (with the lady who held the orientation). We taked about stuff and I have another meeting with her on the 11th..I'm gonna meet with a job coach if I can. I feel really dirty after all the stuff we did for some reason :P

I sent the last check from the paid surveys to dad..yesterday he called and said he deposited $20 into my account. My check was only like $10 something and apparently it wasn't worth it to just put that much in. Sooo of course I go to amazon and buy "Universal Migrator Parts 1-2" by Ayreon and a book

CashCrate. It only pays you .80 a survey but you can do other things like sign up for other sites and you'll get more money that way. I just do the surveys though

Yay! Good luck once more with the Barnes and Noble application and everything. That would be sweet. I saw The Golden Compass on sale the other day and I thought about buying it, too...I didn't for some reason though. I think it was kind of on the pricey side as far as DVDs go. I had no idea that beaver babies are called kittens haha...that's my new knowledge of the day! :)

Haha yay for more retail therapy on Amazon, too. :P
