Well *I* didn't take this pic, but it's one of my all-time favorites of myself. I had wanted to see the Eiger in Switzerland, and I couldn't have had better weather..it was amazing! Everything about the picture is perfect and still makes me so happy. :D I'd love to photograph the glaciers and volcanoes of Iceland!

[Error: unknown template qotd]I love looking out the window, but I hate being cramped in one place for so long. I love the feeling of taking off, it's so exciting! The longest flights I've been on have been 8 or 9 hours I think. I watched movies, napped, read, etc. On one long flight the seat next to me was empty, so I could stretch out and be more comfy, which was awesome lol

This cold rainy weather is getting old..it's depressing and makes my face hurt :/ (At least I'm not having 3 day migraines when the weather was like this before..yay Amitriptyline!)

I definitely took the elevator lol..I don't really think you had a choice anyway. There were great views of NYC up there! A pigeon landed on my head too, which was amusing :P

Ryan and mom are back (good, that was plenty of alone time for me lol..and I like my alone time :P). Ryan said the surgery helped him see better..nice!

My family and I took a trip to Mount St. Helens (I was obsessed with it at the time..guess I've always loved earth science :P) and we flew around the volcano..I remember the crazy damage that was still there from the eruption in the 80s. I kinda want to go on a helicopter again someday..

There are memories, like geocaching in the woods, being in the mountain, reading a book that smelled amazing haha, etc. Mothballs remind me of my best friend's house when I was a kid, but I'd call that "nostalgic" and not exactly a "favorite"

Yesterday Bonnie and I took off work and went geocaching with mom instead haha. Someone put like 20 some caches in an area we've been wanting to go to for awhile now, so that was the perfect excuse lol. I found 14 and Bonnie and mom found more, but I was completely done and bored after finding 14, so I just went back to the car. Guess I'll have to go back :P

The closest I came was when there were rotating clouds above the house, which was scary enough. I still dream about tornadoes a lot too. I'm glad Alaskan storms are relatively tame haha

Today I went geocaching for the first time since I got back from Arizona..I got NO caches last month!! (It can be hard to cache in Alaska in the winter..) I was definitely having withdrawals haha

A couple nights ago I dreamed I was Jennifer Lawrence and had to give a speech cause I won an award..I was nervous, but decided to open with "well, at least I didn't trip this time." LOOL..that's amazing :P
