Movies watched this week: The rest of Nero, Sharpe's Enemy

Mom finally got a job in Alaska! Now she can retire in the time she's supposed to haha. Ryan and mom are gonna go up there first and dad and I will stay here till Feburary when dad retires and then we may go up there too. We went out to eat and mom had a margarita (tasted it..eww haha) and dad had a beer (my parents rarely drink). We're having a garage sale now. It's actually sunny outside!

I had another Nick dream..I said something about him and then he was like "what about me?" and me and others were eating at a restaurant and Nick and a girl were eating at a table near us and I kept staring at Nick. I was like waiting at the restaurant so I could see them leave. Mrs. Hooker said Nick and the girl looked happy together and I was like "nooooo he's supposed to love meeeee" and then I woke up and felt love for him or something..

Today's Latin: volens et potens (willing and able)

Margaritas are like salty lemonade. >_o

Hooray for Alaska! My cousin used to live up there 'cause her ex-husband was a weirdo and didn't want to be in Texas. XD Hope you have fun when you go in Feb.

Maybe in the dream Nick was telling the girl he was going to leave her for you?

That is good news about your mom! When are she and Ryan going up there? It sounds like both of your parents are excited since they each had a celebratory drink, hehe. I love margaritas; maybe you would like one of the flavored ones better (like strawberry or mango). Haha but maybe not, who knows. ;)

It's so weird how dreams can sometimes affect (effect?) your mood for the next day.

So if y'all are moving to AK, are you going to transfer college up there too and go along?

I hate margaritas. Anything with tequila = yuckas. LOL.

I mean this very sincerely when I say that for those of us on the spectrum, there are three steps to take when considering any move to a distant area. These are: check to see what social network supports are in place, check to see what social network supports are in place, and check to see what social network supports are in place. I made the mistake of moving to an area where a doctor will look you in the eye and ask "what's Asperger's?" after a half-hour description of how it impacts the life (due to the same total lack of understanding, ironically). So when I look at Alaska's statistics, I would see such a move as being very, very bad indeed. Even Texas would be preferable to a place like Alaska, if I have correlated low population density with low understanding accurately.

Seriously, this is not something that should be done lightly. If this were California or New York we were talking about, I would be saying "go for your life, knock yourself out". But experience of living in a nowhere land has taught me that life outside of heavily-populated areas is no life at all.
