glacier_kittyWOO-HOO THIRD VIEWING OF PROJECT HAIL MARY TODAY HECK YES!! Such a beautiful, uplifting, heartwarming movie with music that fills me with happiness. <3 Rocky is the BEST! Some observant person on YouTube noticed that Rocky usually stamps or taps one of his legs twice when he says "question?," which was fun to look out for lol. It's cool noticing new things I missed the first couple of times (and I started reading the book again yesterday, so I noticed those details too). I haven't seen a movie multiple times in a theater in probably two decades, that's how much it means to me (I did want to see Interstellar again, but it just didn't happen). Other people are saying on the PHM fanpage on Facebook that they've seen it eight, twelve, etc times! Wow haha (they're also saying "question?" like I've been doing!). I get more emotional on each viewing..this movie better win ALL the Oscars haha (there was a toddler in the theater, and they started chanting "lava! Lava!" after the classroom scene. A whole two hours went by and they started chanting it again! Aww, cute hehe). I read that the "Rocky hate Mark" line was improvised by the puppeteer..I love when things like that make the final cut! (Some of the most famous movie lines have been improvised!) The theater was pretty crowded too..I'm so happy people are still wanting to watch it <3 (I think Thursday is the last day it'll be in the theater here..nooooo 😢😢😢)
Also one of my favorite scenes is now on YouTube!!
Literally one of the best things I have ever seen in a movie (obviously way better seen on a big screen lol). Even with the huge danger, the humor is still there ("words of GREAT encouragement!"), the auroras are gorgeous (it's now my wallpaper, which I hadn't changed in YEARS), the music is epic..so awesome. I figured I would like the movie, but I never thought it would affect me this deeply. Incredible <3
Curti actually did NOT remember me when I got home last night..he was super nervous and jumpy, like with people he's never met. Ouch. He thought my suitcase smelled VERY interesting though haha. He didn't sleep with me, isn't being snuggly, doesn't much care that I'm here, which actually really hurts my feelings. :( Maybe he'll be more snuggly at my apartment. I keep telling him "please remember me!!" lol

The Grand Canyon! When I was a kid, the pilots would tell everyone when we were flying over a landmark, and even the flight path ("we'll start by going west over the desert, then fly on past this mountain," etc), but I read they don't want to interrupt when passengers are watching movies (the movie is paused when there are announcements), and seeing those things apparently isn't a novelty anymore?? Those kind of things are ALWAYS a novelty to me! I do understand not wanting to be interrupted when watching a movie, but I still miss it
Mountains flying out of Seattle. I saw a few glaciers, but the engine was in the way and they were mostly under the plane..luckily I've seen them before and have many pictures lol

May 3: What is your idea of the perfect morning? Reading in bed, relaxing online, eating breakfast, cleaning books if I'm at work..
