What happens when mom and I both get dessert, and it comes with cherries, and mom says "Cherry!" when taking the picture LOL

Fuuun times LOL :D

The dentist yesterday went fine..the hygienist totally understood when I said I'd rather have a dry mouth than depression. It also helped repeating every Cherry quote I could think of in in my head haha ("stick it stick it" *stares intensely at the ceiling*). Other than the dry mouth, the dentist said my teeth look fine..phew!!

Today's trivia: Police dogs are trained to react to commands in German because the German tone sounds harsher than an English tone, which immediately gets the dog's attention

Abby's scared of the vacuum too, though she hasn't tried to destroy it yet :P

One of my cousins from California was in Fairbanks this weekend (briefly anyway)..I didn't even know till I saw his Facebook pics. It would have been cool to see him, but he didn't have enough time I don't think. He saw the Northern Lights too, nice! I asked mom to guess who was here and she was like:

Mom: Obama
Me: No
Mom: TRUMP??
Me: Nope
Mom: Hillary??
Me: Nope
Mom: Cherry!

LOL..if only that could happen..(I seriously think we would have gotten along so well..I was born in the wrong era :( *sniff*)

Ughhh I have to go to the dentist tomorrow. D: The hygienist is going to get onto me again about the medicine (Prozac) that makes my mouth dry. I'd rather have a dry mouth than depression, and I'm not going through the switching process all over again, especially since Prozac works so well! Hopefully she'll understand..

Today started the glaciers part of my class. The professor said she was originally from Germany and Sweden! Coool haha. Of course I told her about my passion for glaciers (Omg I'm talking to a real life glaciologist *faints*). Today we basically talked about what a glacier is and different types of glaciers. She actually goes through everything really fast..she'll show a picture and like 2 seconds later change to the next slide. My note taker said she had trouble keeping up haha. Good thing I already knew most everything she talked about. ;) She showed pics of Malaspina and Kennicott glaciers and asked if anyone had seen them..I was so excited saying that I had haha. The professor better get used to that ;)

After class I had to go to the dentist..I was REALLY dreading it but it wasn't bad at all. The hygienist was so nice and easygoing! She cleaned my teeth (they're so smooooth now..even after eating dinner) and found no cavities! Yaaay. After the appointment I was soooo relieved..I was bouncing with happiness haha. My face/mouth hurts now though..ow

The PFDs came through today. *feels rich* Haha

43. Dying )

Would you rather be held in high esteem by one and only one person whom you truly respect or by 10,000 people that you don't? One person

Today's trivia: Bruce Lee was so fast that his films actually had to be slowed down so audiences could see his movies

Tomorrow I leave for Valdez! The weather for Thursday says sunny and highs in the 50s or 60s. :D If I don't have internet I'll be back on Saturday

When I went to the dentist yesterday they had a poster for TMJ on the wall and I was like "hey I have that." My regular doctor didn't seem to care much when I told him but the dentist people definitely did. They gave me a card for a TMJ specialist in Fairbanks! I'll have to call them when I get back from Valdez

Today's trivia: New Jersey has a spoon museum featuring over 5,400 spoons from every state and almost every country

I had to go to the dentist today for the first time in two years. The hygienist was amazing haha..she was smart, kind and nice. She knew SO much about teeth and taking care of them. She had to x-ray my teeth and I was like *shudder* cause I have a strong gag reflex. I told her that and she sprayed something in my mouth that made it kinda numb..it was AMAZING. It actually worked..wow haha. She cleaned my teeth and found one cavity..aw man. :P She said I should stop drinking juice or drink sugar free juice and drink mostly water. Uh..riiight. I hate drinking water plain unless I'm exercising or something. And I don't like soda..meeh. She told me this special floss to get and come back in two weeks to see how I'm doing with it. Joyy. She said my enamel was thick too (I did drink a lot of milk as a kid haha)

Today is like the exact opposite from yesterday..sunny, warmish, 60..niceee haha

I'll probably post my answers to that blogging meme tomorrow or this weekend

Would you rather be stuck for 24 hours at the top of a stopped Ferris wheel or be stuck hanging upside down on a roller coaster for two hours straight? The Ferris wheel

The antibiotics I have to take taste HORRIBLE..ughhh

I had to go to the dentist today...I hadn't been to this one before...OMG they give you blankets and pillows and let you pick what you wanna watch on TV!! It was sooo awesome!! I mostly watched about this arsonist guy on the History Channel. I don't have any cavities...sweeeet. My teeth feel really good now haha

I've mostly finished my speech (I decided to do separation of church and state). I'm not sure how to end it though. For my English poem I'm gonna do it on a Carcassonne tour guide (thanks Kathryn haha). Like my English teacher doesn't think I'm obsessed enough ;)

Rhapsody's new CD comes out next week!!!

Today's Latin: fides facit fidem (confidence begets confidence)
