NORTHERN LIGHTS FTW

Yay I saw the Northern Lights last night! Mom said she got in bed and looked out her window and saw a bright glowy thing haha. It wasn't particularly amazing (though it was rather bright and moved and danced some) but I need to get my fill before it gets too light to see them!

Gum boot: A chiton, or small mollusk, that looks something like a foot and sticks to rock like glue. Gum boots range from thimble-sized to a pound or so, and cook up very tasy

Aaah the Northern Lights!! That's awesome that you saw them, even if they weren't as spectacular as some other nights.

Hehe I *thought* you would have something about Mount Redoubt erupting. :P
