ALIENS?? Haha light does that when it's cold enough
This might be Airport Way..that's our "restaurant row" with our only movie theater
Steam coming off the unfrozen part of the river (this plant dumps hot water into part of the river to keep it unfrozen for some reason). It happens when warmer water meets cold air

Cicely: A mythical Alaska town invented for the television show "Northern Exposure." Cicely quickly took on a life of its own, appearing in weather reports and on sweatshirts, and showing up frequently in public queries to the state's division of tourism. But, as any Alaskan could tell you, Cicely is way too clean to be a real Alaska town. In fact, the show is filmed in Roslyn, Washington, east of Seattle
