glacier_kittyHappy new year peoples! I called technical support about the music problem..one of them said to restore my computer to original state! Yeah great and then I'd have to install everything back. Mom called later and she said to call Ruth and have Christopher try and fix my computer. Dean suggested something as well..

I asked my brother if he had any ideas as to what was going on, and his suggestion was: If you know what kind of soundcard you have, you could look it up online and update the drivers for it. (However, this would require you knowing what kind of soundcard you have haha! I don't know how to figure that out either.) But honestly, my brother even sounded perplexed by it.
