On Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader? yesterday the contestant was Kelly Pickler and one question was "what European country is Budapest in?" or something and she said "I thought Europe was a country! Don't they speak French there (Budapest)? Is France a country?" When she was told that Hungary was the right answer she said she'd never heard of it. Dude..seriously??
Friday five:
1. What is one food (or meal) you used to hate but now love? Hamburgers (well maybe not LOVE)
2. If you had to give up one of your favorite foods (or meals) for good, what would it be, and why? Ketchup
3. Which food seems like it should be healthy and isn't, and do you eat it? Why? Hmm
4. If you were an item of food, personified, what would you be and why? Uh
5. You've seen tomatoes and pies used for this purpose... now think of a more inventive item of food one could throw at someone. What is it and why would throwing it at someone be hilarious? Jello? Haha
Today's Latin: lusus naturae (freak of nature, unusual occurrence)

Date: 2007-11-16 11:52 pm (UTC)1. What is one food (or meal) you used to hate but now love? Steak cooked anything less than well done. Now it's medium all the way.
2. If you had to give up one of your favorite foods (or meals) for good, what would it be, and why? Cheetos. The 'doodle dust' bugs me.
3. Which food seems like it should be healthy and isn't, and do you eat it? Why? Salad, for me. I always use WAY too much dressing.
4. If you were an item of food, personified, what would you be and why? I have no idea.
5. You've seen tomatoes and pies used for this purpose... now think of a more inventive item of food one could throw at someone. What is it and why would throwing it at someone be hilarious? A condom filled with chocolate pudding. That would be lulz. :)

1. What is one food (or meal) you used to hate but now love? Some seafood, like shark!
2. If you had to give up one of your favorite foods (or meals) for good, what would it be, and why? Ummm...uhhh...wow! I guess cheese fondue, because I don't have it that often to begin with. That would be sad. :(
3. Which food seems like it should be healthy and isn't, and do you eat it? Why? Salad, for the same reason as Melissa - I always use way too much dressing.
4. If you were an item of food, personified, what would you be and why? Uhhh hahah. I have no clue.
5. You've seen tomatoes and pies used for this purpose... now think of a more inventive item of food one could throw at someone. What is it and why would throwing it at someone be hilarious? Jello? Haha <-- I've gotta agree with you. Throwing Jello is probably fun. :P
