1. When you’re having trouble staying awake, what are some things you do to make sure you don’t drift off to sleep? Eat something, try to distract myself..
2. What’s most likely to cause you a prolonged period of not enough sleep? Traveling, especially on redeye flights
3. When you’re going through a prolonged period of not enough sleep, what parts of your daily routine are likely to change, and how? I may not want to do anything..I might even get in my PJs and take a nap in the middle of the day lol

The trees are getting their leaves now, yaay! The News-Miner said "this year's official "green-up" was Tuesday, April 26, the earliest recorded. The average date is May 9." Wow (I love how we have an "official" green-up day haha). Not a fan of the birch pollen though..I hate having an itchy throat!

I get what you mean about pollen - we have a bunch of things floating in the air that I'm allergic to. I know one is the rabbitbrush... the other's who even knows :x Good luck!

1. When you’re having trouble staying awake, what are some things you do to make sure you don’t drift off to sleep? The insomnia does a pretty good job, but let's say I took my ambien and then I have to stay awake... Distract myself COMPLETELY - Listen to music, watch TV shows on my computer, be on my computer. Or if I'm at work... Coffee, coffee, energy drink, coffee (which I know is a bad mix)

2. What’s most likely to cause you a prolonged period of not enough sleep? My Insomnia. Otherwise traveling is a big one especially with timezone switches :x

3. When you’re going through a prolonged period of not enough sleep, what parts of your daily routine are likely to change, and how? I actually get more hyper and more things get done, which in turn proves that I need sleep. That or I get extrememly grumpy.

4. Who in your life seems regularly to have not enough sleep? my coworker, Emily. She sleeps in the van the whole time until we get to each location :/

5. In what ways does your personality change when you go through a prolonged period of not enough sleep? Hyper or grumpy - it's a mix and/or toss up.

1. When you’re having trouble staying awake, what are some things you do to make sure you don’t drift off to sleep? Consume something with caffeine usually.
2. What’s most likely to cause you a prolonged period of not enough sleep? Spending too much time with Matt on his nocturnal schedule, redeye flights as well.
3. When you’re going through a prolonged period of not enough sleep, what parts of your daily routine are likely to change, and how? I won't exercise, I will just want to sleep and sleep and sleep because I'm not going to want to wake up at any scheduled time.
4. Who in your life seems regularly to have not enough sleep? Besides me...? Lol! Probably Kim because she's a brand new mom!
5. In what ways does your personality change when you go through a prolonged period of not enough sleep? I can become a complete irritable bitch D: I feel badly for Matt in that sense, because he's usually the only one who's the recipient of my bad behavior when it comes to that haha.
