I was getting so tired of my worsening anxiety and depression so today I saw the doctor (not my usual one..she had no spaces available for a long time). He prescribed a new medication, Lexapro (it has really good reviews! That gives me hope). He said that depression medications stop working after a certain amount of time..if Lexapro stops working, I could go back to Zoloft, and switch between the two every couple of years. I also made an appointment with a counselor there..hopefully that'll help too. Depression is so tiring..

Aw man I'm sorry to hear your depression and anxiety have been worsening... I'm so glad you are so good about seeing your doctors and keeping them up with everything! That's positive to hear that you can switch back and forth between the two, that seems to make sense. I've heard lots of good things about Lexapro too, I hope it works well for you! <3

I am sorry to hear your depression has been worsening *hugs* Maybe it's to do with the seasons changing, too? It always gets worse for me in autumn/winter as well.
Anyway, I hope the new medication and counselling will help <3

Some trash but I will do that today.

My shower hose - my Dad will come over next week to do that since I don't know how it works.

The social worker at the hospital, because she's still on holiday for a week.
