This is the most ridiculous commercial I've seen in a long time haha! I just laugh when the guy's like "OWW" like he got stabbed or something. :P That thing weirds me out..especially since you have to clean it out *gag*

I just bought this SAD therapy light. It got pretty good reviews. I'm excited to try it out haha (Woo! First time embedding a link successfully! I should have Googled that a long time ago :P)

My SAD (seasonal affective disorder) has been awful lately. The symptoms..

Hopelessness
Increased appetite with weight gain (weight loss is more common with other forms of depression) <-- I've been the opposite actually..
Increased sleep (too little sleep is more common with other forms of depression) <-- It's been about the same, though I definitely want to sleep more
Less energy and ability to concentrate
Loss of interest in work or other activities
Sluggish movements
Social withdrawal <-- I was wondering why I suddenly didn't want to talk to my friends in class..
Unhappiness and irritability

Ugh. It has been colder than normal for like a month..maybe that's one of the reasons. Sites recommend getting a light that simulates dawn..I'm not sure where you get those though. I should probably see the doctor again though. Mom and I want to go to Hawaii in January..that would be awesome haha
