glacier_kitty1. What does your storm preparedness stuff look like? I don't have any..
2. What kinds of storms make you the most uncomfortable? Bad storms with a possibility of a tornado with super close lightning and loud thunder..even worse when it's at night (had lots of those in Texas *shudders*)
3. What’s the longest you’ve ever gone without electricity, and what were the circumstances? Maybe a couple hours? The power box was messed up or something..
4. What’s the worst damage a storm has done to your dwelling? There was one storm in Texas with rotating clouds above the house..it blew over part of the fence and blew the top of the sandbox away. Other storms uprooted trees and another had big hail which damaged the roof (we had leaks sometimes)
5. What was the occasion for your last storming of the gates? Umm..what?? Haha
I got my first ~real~ paycheck today..sweeeet. :D That was nice haha

Date: 2014-08-31 01:39 am (UTC)2. What kinds of storms make you the most uncomfortable? Ones that have the threat of tornadoes... Not like that has ever happened to me here, but they did now and then back in New Jersey.
3. What’s the longest you’ve ever gone without electricity, and what were the circumstances? 6-7 hours, I think... There was some malfunction in the power plant in Arizona and all of San Diego County and Orange County, as well as a bunch of spots in Arizona, had to go through a blackout. It was kinda fun though.
4. What’s the worst damage a storm has done to your dwelling? I've always been lucky, even though I've been through some crazy storms/hurricanes/tropical storms.
5. What was the occasion for your last storming of the gates? Uhh... Huh?
