Snowpocalypse day 2

Last night it got SUPER windy and warm (39 degrees!). There were gusts of 55 MPH! It was interesting to watch from the balcony..it's rare it's that windy here! There were power outages and they closed school again (I feel very thankful to have power right now!). Work is closed too. I called mom and she said if she gets the driveway done she'll try to come over (Ryan has school anyway..apparently UAF doesn't close for anything. :P). It's a good movie day! The snow is supposed to stop later or tomorrow..good, we've had enough :P





Would you rather find out that while drunk the night before, you flashed the elderly woman who lives next door or that you pounded the hell out of your own car with a hammer? The second one LOL

Today's trivia: The first Weight Watchers meetings were held over a pizza shop. The owner couldn't figure out why the hundreds of people lining up outside never bought anything

LOL, agreed. I don't even drink at all, but when I read this question I was thinking "if you get drunk enough to do something really stupid, then you should pay for it and not some innocent old lady who probably doesn't want to see naked people (well, unless she does :P)".

Woww 39 does sound pretty warm for Alaska in November! Not too bad at all! I love stormy days like that, I am fascinated by wind for some reason haha. That's so crazy that UAF hardly every closes. Rutgers was also like that, although of course New Jersey doesn't experience nearly as severe weather as Alaska lol. The whole time I was at Rutgers, school was closed once for 2 days due to a blizzard that dropped 2' of snow in the area. That was the only time haha.
