I think I only got one question wrong on the quiz today..good I guess haha. I have high expectations for myself in this class..I want to get them ALL right. :P I feel like I'm the only one that takes it seriously and enjoys it though. Ryan doesn't even pay attention and does homework on the computer and other people like to talk. A couple people today even fell asleep. I feel bad for the professor. I'm probably the only one in the class that looks up what we learned at home for fun haha


I think I'll take this one at mom's house..I'm way too lazy to walk down to the river or somewhere to get one haha

That class sounds so awesome, and yeah, there are always those rude students in any college class, I feel like... Except when you get to grad school where people generally actually take the classes 100% seriously. At least you are trying your best, and only getting one wrong on the quiz is still absolutely excellent! I'm sure the professor appreciates that you are paying attention and taking everything seriously.

Dana's right, there are always students who don't take it as seriously. I haaaated that when I was in uni. A lot of students from other programs would take courses in my program (Religious Studies) because we all had to take a few outside our program for credit, and they thought it would be an easy class to get an A in. Then they'd get annoyed when they found out they still had to work their butts off because it wasn't just some easy tralala class where we all sat around and talked about how awesome Buddha was or something. So lame. I also took a course in college in geology, on earthquakes and volcanoes (which was such a fun class!) and our teacher was reeeeeally old and some students would be so mean to him and talk really quietly or laugh behind his back. Ugh.
