This hotel is my HERO!!!
Mar. 26th, 2005 09:22 pmYes, I'm in a hotel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana...and it has internet access!! Well, here's what happened since I last updated...
Before leaving on Thursday I found a brown ribbon in the camper. It reminded me of the rose with black ribbon around it in POTO, so now I wear it around my wrist…yay! We drove to where Christopher and his mom were staying with their family. Mostly all of them are Phantom phans. By the time we got there it was dinnertime and we started making dinner. I looked around and the 1st thing I saw was a POTO movie. They let me watch it! It was really good…but OMG Christine could sing HIGH! At dinner I met Renee, Christopher’s cousin. She saw POTO 5 times in theaters! We hung out for awhile then went to bed.
Friday we actually slept in, lol. Me, Ryan and Christopher drove golf carts around. I got to drive…it was fun! Then we went to a Navy SEALS museum and the beach. We were hardly there 10 minutes when it started storming, so we left. We saw lotsa hurricane damage. When we got back we went swimming in a neighbor’s pool. When I got back I watched POTO again. Then we ate dinner and watched K 19: The Widowmaker (I was playing Scrabble and stopped to watch the movie). It was very good. Then we went to bed.
Today…the point of no return…the day we had to leave. 1st we had breakfast. Christopher’s grandpa let Christopher’s mom borrow POTO and burn it so I can have a copy! How nice!! On the drive back it stormed and rained the entire time. And I listened to something besides POTO!! I listened to “Symphony of Enchanted Lands,” “Dawn of Victory” by Rhapsody, “Glory to the Brave” by HammerFall, and Nightwish’s version of POTO. I also watched Highlander. Then we went to eat at Wendy's...and guess what? It was the exact same Wendy's we ate at last time! It was *really* weird. And what have I learned this entire trip so far? I am *way* more obsessed with POTO than I ever was lol.
"And in this labrynth, where night is blind, the phantom of the opera is there, inside my/your mind!"--POTO (of course)
