WTH lady?

Yesterday at work that same lady came in that complained about the "scratched" DVDs. She was looking for the same books as last week and I told her to put them on the book request list. She was like "when I do you guys NEVER call me, never ever!" Yeah..thanks for the guilt trip. Then she was walking around the store complaining.."I can't find what I'm looking foooor, I'm having so much trouble with thiiiis." And she always says it in an obnoxious happy voice. Jeez lady..what is your problem?

Seriously though, I've seen people in shops acting like that from time to time, and I remember myself thinking "If he's so unhappy about the place, why does he keep coming back here? Feel free to be gone forever!" But of course, you aren't allowed to say that... Then again, I always try to be the nicest customer ever. ; P

Ew...what is that lady's issue?? She is obviously really bored or has some kind of mental problems. Doesn't she have better things to do than bother you guys/make you feel guilty? How irritating.
