There's a high pressure system over Alaska so bad it could effect airplane instruments. Wowww. It'll create a big temperature inversion..it could be 20-30 degrees warmer in the hills than in town! Lucky mom haha

Aww I love that Alaska's state flower is the forget-me-not. :) I used to find them all the time in New Jersey, mostly on river banks. They're so pretty!

That's so crazy about the pressure system! I feel like Alaska has a lot of microclimates like California does...where you can be like 20 minutes away from each other and be experiencing completely different weather haha.
