If it's bad enough I'll take melatonin..it relaxes me and I can get to sleep. If not I'll just toss and turn till I get to sleep haha


My fave of the Matthew Shardlake series is Dark Fire. I dunno if I have a fave book of all time though..hmm

That's a good thing to know about melatonin...I didn't realize that it has that effect until you told me. Awesome.
