I have no idea who Elizabeth Regina is or what she looks like, but I imagine if I'm on steroids and rollerskates it wouldn't matter anyway haha.

Me thinks they mean Queen Elizabeth I. cause Regina = queen in Latin...but I could be wrong of course.
