joansies: Blog about a band that you absolutely HATE. Pick a band. Any band. As long as you just can't stand them, and don't understand what all the fuss is about.

Manowar. I used to like them but now they annoy me. Especially with lyrics like "the gods made heavy metal and they saw that is was good, they said to play it louder than hell. We promised that we would." Like..cheesy much? They proclaim how "true" they are they seem like righteous idiots. Who cares how true you are? If you make good music and stay true to your fans that's all that should matter right? And plus Joey DeMaio prevented Rhapsody from making music for like 4 years. I honestly still like a few songs though (Swords in the Wind, Nessun Dorma, Kingdom Come and Warriors of the World). And the way they dress is just..ew

Ehhh..not really. Maybe if my family was going or it was an offer I couldn't pass up. It's such a violent continent..it doesn't really have much interest for me

Haha..I'd be smiling like an idiot. I wouldn't do anything though since he has a girlfriend. We'd probably talk and get a pic with him

Ugh I hate it when metal bands are all about being "true" and also when metal fans hate on everybody that also likes different music genres. Sooo annoying.

I feel like this question doesn't really apply to me anymore...I haven't had summer vacation in a looong time...probably at least 4 years haha.
