Sourdough Sam's (the restaurant that burned down last year) is now rebuilt and open for business again..we'll have to go and see how it is. Mom said when she ate there it wasn't very good but maybe a new beginning will change that

Would you rather show up muddy and wet on your first day of school because you fell while running to try and make it there on time or risk being late to school because after you fell you went home to change? Hm..maybe risk it

Yeah..someone smelled something funny in the kitchen and then it burned down. It's all rebuilt now though

Hooray! I'm glad that they're back, though still saddened aby the loss of one of their historic sourdoughs. I'm sorry to hear that your mom's experience there wasn't a good one. I've always loved it!

Sourdough Sam's doesn't sound that appetizing imo, but maybe it is still good :)
I think I would go to school muddy and wet if it wasn't that bad...if I was totally mud-clad from head to toe,however,I would go home and change.

Ooo that's cool that they reopened. I like the name of that place haha. Hopefully you're right and that a new beginning will make it a more pleasant experience. It really is a good way for them to start over.

I would probably risk it, too.
