Why glaciers? I've always wondered :)

Well..when I drove through the mountains to Anchorage last year I was wondering if there were any glaciers in the mountains. They're something you usually only get to hear about and they seemed unique or something and I wanted to see some. Then I went to Valdez in August and saw some glaciers and it fueled my interest even more. Then later in the month Dana told me her parents saw Mendenhall Glacier and I looked at pictures and just thought it was so awesome. I looked at pictures of others and my passion was born haha. They're just..so amazing and different than anything else you'll ever see
