glacier_kittyI live in the second biggest city in my state.
We have a professional hockey team.
We have a professional football team.
We have a professional lacrosse team.
We have a minor league baseball team.
We have been let down by our sports teams many, many times. (Apparently from what I've read :P)
Our bars are open until 4 or so in the morning. (I dunno..I don't go to bars haha)
We have one street dedicated to most of the bars.
Our waterfront is really pretty.
Sometimes, it seems like there is nothing to do around here.
We have 4 malls in the area.
We have many snow storms. (They're not exactly STORMS..just snowfall)
^Although everyone makes a big deal about it, it's nothing to us.
Our city is a big tourist spot.
Besides snow, we've only had one other natural disaster. (That I know of..we've had floods)
^Tornadoes (which aren't common in my area at all).
It rains a lot here. (Haha..it did last year but not this year. Hmm..)
The nearest lake is disgusting.
We used to be a big steel factory building city.
Even before the bad economy, we had bad unemployment and such.
^Heck, even if the US economy is great, we are still doing awful.
We have quite a few charities in the area.
There are some places, streets, etc, that only people from the area can pronounce. (It's possible..)
My city is VERY diverse.
80 degrees is too hot for us. (HAHA OMG you have no idea.."it's too hooooot." Come ON people haven't you ever been to Texas??)
0 degrees is fine to us. (HAHA..well after -40!)
Today's trivia: Lake Nicaragua in Nicaragua is the only freshwater lake with sharks in the world
