The placemat has a poem that seriously praises a walrus penis haha (hence.."ivory jacks" hee :P)

Ice bridge: On temporary winter roads, bridges are built up by dumping or spraying water on ice or tundra and letting it freeze (there's one at Pike's Landing..people DRIVE ON THE RIVER for a shortcut. Eep)
