More stuff

I was on the news yesterday! A cameraman came to the bookstore and interviewed someone, filmed the cake, some of the bookstore..I watched the news last night and when it showed some of the bookstore there I was standing by the table! Woo! Haha

Stacey (one of the volunteers at the bookstore), mom and I were talking to Jamie and I told him about one of his cartoons showing a cow falling off a glacier with the caption "glacier calves" and I told him of my idea of a glacier chasing someone and then Stacey was like "I got a funny image..a cow or moose just standing there eating with the glacier creeping up on him. Alaska cow tipping!" Jamie was like "that IS funny" and it seemed like it was a possibility he could do that one hehe. Maybe it'll be in his next book ;)

There were pictures taken and on Friday I'm gonna get a disk with the pictures! If I can put them on the computer I'll post some here



This was..12th grade? I'm standing with the assistant librarians Mrs. Hooker and Mrs. Miller

Heehee yay for being on the news! That's awesome...I haven't been on the news since I was in 5th grade when my school had a new science lab open up haha.

How awesome would that be if your idea showed up in Jamie's next book?? You better get credit for it if it does haha! ;)
