It's actually Trans-Siberian Orchestra..but a member of Savatage founded it so close enough hehe

Savatage probably had it first, as they do most everything, anyway. It's a cover to a "highlights" album from 1996, and they use the image in their memorial to Criss Oliva on their homepage.
