Dad and I had a bad fight this morning (over a laundry basket..wth?) and I totally didn't wanna say in the house so I went over to the park (colddd) and called mom's cell but she didn't answer so I called the house and Ryan gave me her work number..we talked about what happened and mom called dad and said she would call me after they talked. I went over to Jody's house and mom called me back saying dad was calm and to come back..I started walking and Jody drove up (her husband let me in) and she said we could go out and she told dad..we went out to Noodle Swing (a Thai restaurant where I met a cute waiter haha..he wasn't there this time though) and we talked. Yay for having neighbors who care about you! (She said she'd take me to Scarborough Faire a couple of times too..yay!)
I have a paper in psychology due Friday (Monday's a holiday, btw). Don't remember what it's over though. There's also a project in US history (due March?). We can choose to read a book and do a paper over it, do a reseach paper over something in US history that pertains to the class, or go to the Third Floor Museum (?) in Dealy Plaza (where Kennedy was shot) and do a paper over the museum. The papers have to be at least 4 pages long..joy haha

Date: 2008-01-19 08:13 pm (UTC)b) 4 page papers seem like a lot, but really aren't - it's roughly 1000 words - and once you have all your info and start writing, it's amazing how much you can get!
c) I once saw a television set that someone had turned into a fish tank. He didn't cook the fish though.
