*needs to save money*
Jan. 21st, 2007 09:52 amGuess what? I bought more CDs. I'm weak haha. I got Theli by Therion and the Spider-Man 2 soundtrack. I hope they're good
The Sharpe books were turned into movies...I watched Sharpe's Company yesterday...it was good! It's about a huge seige of the fortress Badajoz. Sean Bean plays Sharpe...Sean is so awesome
Galadriel: It began with the forging of the great rings. Three were given to the Elves, immortal, wisest and fairest of all, but none who live remember it...
Audience: Except for you
Saruman: What do you command, my lord?
The Magic 8-Ball: ...
Saruman: *shakes up the Magic 8-Ball*
The Magic 8-Ball: TRY AGAIN LATER
Saruman: *shakes up the Magic 8-Ball again*
The Magic 8-Ball: CONCENTRATE AND ASK AGAIN
Saruman: *shakity-shakity-shake*
The Magic 8-Ball: BUILD ME AN ARMY WORTHY OF MORDOR
Boromir: We should turn around and head for the Gap of Rohan!
Aragorn: HOW CAN YOU THINK OF SHOPPING AT A TIME LIKE THIS?
Legolas [examining arrow]: Dead Dwarves! Killed by Orcs!
Gandalf: Thank you for that keen assessment, Legolas
[--Gandalf has parked himself in front of the Balrog]
Gandalf: I am the servant of the Shakespearean Delivery, wielder of the Really Awesome Tree Branch! The burping of fire will not avail you!
Galdariel: Will you look into my mirror, by which I mean 'basin of water with a somewhat reflective surface'?
Frodo: What will I see in there? Bad things?
Galadriel: Well, that would be telling, wouldn't it?
Frodo: Ma'am? I've had a really hard day
Galadriel: Fine: things that were, things that are, things that used to be, things that might be, things that almost happened, things that people throught about a lot but never got around to finishing--
Frodo: I'll LOOK, OKAY?
The Ring: Araaaaagorrrrrn...Elesssssarrrr...Dunadaaaaaan...Eeeeeeestel...Thoronnnnngil...
Aragorn: [closing FRODO'S hand over the ring]: I cannot do this
The Ring [muffled]: Heyyyy, I'm not doooooone yet...
Today's Latin: facilius est multa facere quam diu (it's easier to do many things than to do one thing for a long time)
"I’ve learned all the lore, I’ve been told all the tales, ancient legends of war are the wind in my sails, the deeds of the brave come alive in the rhyme and the myth is my ship on the ocean of time"--"Dreams," Tyr
