Why do people think we want books like this?!? I picked it up and was just like "GROSS" *holds book at the very edge so I don't get contaminated* They actually get OFFENDED when we say we can't take books like this. People have said "you could just scrape it off" and "it's not going to kill you!" Umm yes, mold CAN kill you, and no way can we just "scrape it off"..ew! The lady that brought this book didn't even tell us she was there, she just started putting books in crates that were left outside..Denise caught her and told her she should have told us first and we would have put the books in boxes for her. She was like "wow, I didn't expect to get yelled at for wanting to donate books, it didn't seem like such a big deal to me!" Umm yeah, it IS a big deal when you don't tell us and just grab our crates without asking..if Denise hadn't have caught her, she might have just left them outside..plus we don't want moldy books!!! She was like "I'm just gonna take the rest to Value Village!" Yeah you do that, but I don't think they want moldy books either. I don't understand how people can donate something like that and think someone will want it..gross
So sad about the people that died in a flash flood near Payson :(

Today's trivia: Elvis never performed a single encore, so when he left, he wasn't coming back. Hence the phrase "Elvis has left the building"
