I got my TAKS results today...I almost passed math! Good thing I can retake it cause I have to pass all of them to graduate. I really find it stupid *glares at something*

Ugh, I HATE Math. I always did horribly in math in High School. However, once I got to college, I never got anything less than a B in math. Go figure. O_o

This will probably sound like a very stupid question - remember that I'm old. (And completely out of touch with reality, hee hee!) What precisely are the TAKS? We had various levels of Ohio Proficiency Tests back in my day, but since our state education system is being constantly declared unconstitutional, I have no idea what's going on testing-wise anywhere real else.
