I'm in Florida now!! It seemed to take sooo long...dunno why cause it didn't the other 3 times (well except when I was coming home). We've had some...interesting things happen along the way...I brought my paper journal and wrote like 6 pages in it and I shall copy it aaall here. I'm on my grandparent's computer cause mom doesn't wanna bother with ours tonight. It kinda slow but MUCH better than nothing! And I just realized the mouse is cordless...haha. I was hoping to catch Kathryn tonight but she's not on...she's usually on till 10 (she still has school) and we're in the same time zone...*cries* I MISS YOU KATHRYN!!! My grandparents recently built this house and it's soooo awesome!! It's by a swamp and has an inside patio thingy. I have much more to say but I shall copy that from my other journal

I'm driving to Florida now! We're in Louisiana right now...it's 11:05 AM. YESS! This is the first time I've written in you while driving to Florida...I WIN! I just read everything in here...it was fuuun (my note: this journal goes all the way back to 2001). *is listening to This Pain by Kamelot* Kamelot is soo awesome...the guitars and the singing and everything rules. In one song, Descent of the Archangel, Luca has a solo! It's amazing. I'm surprised Luca's fingers haven't fallen off or his guitar hasn't burned up haha...that's how fast he plays. I wonder what we're gonna do (besides visiting with grandparents) this week in Florida...I hope I can go online. I can't wait till we get to Baton Rouge cause then I'll see old buildings and the Mississippi River! Last year we ate at Wendy's there and on the way back we ate at the same one...on accident! Haha! It would be weird if we ate at it this time. *looks ouside* Oooh swampy...haha wow the scenery majorly changed! It went from pine trees to swampy with weeping willows and other trees. Haha OMG this song rules...it's Christmas Jam by Trans-Siberian Orchestra...the guitars RULE!! CAN I PLEASE GET OUT OF THE CAR AND HEADBANG AND PLAY AIR GUITAR?!?! Haha OMG now the scenery changed to pine trees again! This is amusing! Oooh and there's redbuds too...they have lovely purple flowers...we have one in our backyard. Wow...another change. On one side there's a field and on the other are trees...it looks kinda sad cause all their leaves are off...and now...ooh lotsa fields...now a pond thingy...the water looks really dirty...ooh lotsa ponds...haha sorry I'm writing about scenery changes but I really have nothing else I (want) to do. Aaaand more pine trees...OMG! Major change! Pine trees to swampy with bald cypresses and in like 5 seconds it was back to pines! lmao! I shall write more when we get to Baton Rouge
Well...we're not in Baton Rouge yet...we're going over a bridge that's a few miles long. Why? Cause it's aaall swampy...it seems like a bunch of rivers...there's lotsa bald cypresses...ooh mom said it's 18 miles long...it has a name but it's sooo weird...next time I see it I'll try to write it down...this is one of my fave parts of driving to Florida...that, and the Gulf of Mexico...sooo cool...I've been reading a Wheel of Time info book...it's cool. Aw man...no more weird named bridge thingy. The name started with an A...aaand now more pine trees...haha wow 3 pages this day...yaaay 15 miles till Baton Rouge...everything is so much more interesting from there...ohh we must be getting close from the...erm...odd billboards...OMG I've seen the "La Quinta: Spanish for free high-speed Internet!" one like 3 times! YAAY WE'RE THERE!! *drools* Lovely bridge...yay Mississippi River! So huge... I WANNA JUMP OFF THE BRIDGE IN IT!! Wow lotsa traffic...we're still kinda on the bridge...well...this is boring...man where are all these people going?! Oooh *drool* old building. *later* Heya...we're gonna stop for the night in Mobile, Alabama...it's about a hour and a half from here. Man Ryan's watching ER without me...I love that show...in the newer episodes there's someone named Luka! He's handsome and he kinda does look like Luca Turilli. Wow, this looks familiar...pine trees! lmao...I wonder what hotel we're staying at and where we're eating in Mobile...I think we're almost in Mississippi...we are I think from the lisence plates I see. Enough writing for today!

Good morning *yawns* I'm in Mobile...we stayed at a Best Western hotel right next to a lovely battleship!! We went on it 3 years ago and I so wanna go on it again. We're at a restaraunt (our waitress is Russian!) and I can see it [the battleship] out of the window *drools* It's so epic. *later* OMG...the hotel isn't called Best Western...it's called Battleship Inn!!! Hahaha OMG that's so awesome and epic!! The battleship is called the USS Alabama. *later* There's something wrong with the car...we hardly got on the road and it started being weird...I have an awesome view of the battleship though...mom's talking to someone about the car...she's telling him where to find the battleship to find us...like you could miss that lol! Ooh a towtruck thingy is here...that was fast...oh no...we have to wait 45 minutes for the people to get here...OMG we may go on the battleship...man whenever I wish something and it doesn't seem likely to happen it usually does! I didn't want it to happen this way though. *stares at the battleship for a really long time* Wow! It's becoming foggy. Whoa mom said the road we're on she thinks is called Battleship Way [it's Battleship Parkway]. AHH EVERYTHING IS SO EPIC!!! The top of the battleship is enveloped in fog...it's sprinkling now...nooo the battleship is dissapearing under the fog! I can hardly see it now...haha and as soon as I say that I can see it a little more clearly. Well I can really only see the front of it. Oh our car is gonna get towed to the GMC dealership. Ergh there's a bell clanging noise and it's getting really annoying!! It stopped. *later* So our car got towed to the dealership place...they looked at and they said it'll take all week to fix. Man! We have to get a rental car now. I'm playing solitare on a computer. It doesn't have Internet *cries* I changed some of the settings and the screensaver says "Luca Turilli"! lmao! *later* We're in Florida now (have been for an hour or so) and it keeps randomly raining lol! We passed a sign that said Niceville...I remember staying there one year and everyone really is nice there! Haha OMG it just randomly stopped raining. My goodness this song is giving me chills! It's called "Gortoz A Ran - J'attends" and it's from the Black Hawk Down soundtrack...the singer is sooo awesome! Ooh and now a girl's singing...man this sing is amazing! Dunno what language it's in though. *sigh* Mooore pine trees. I wonder what kind they are? YAAAY REQUIEM THE FIFTH!! Haha Beethoven metal style! They played it at the TSO concert.
