Well it looks like Rita isn't coming here after all...we may get some rain but I hope that's it. My school still cancelled all school related things and covered the computers in case the roof leaks...that means Latin club initation is cancelled...grr! Rita will hit Galveston tonight. *waves bye-bye to Galveston*

I got a 84 on last weeks Latin test...yay! I had a test in post WW2 and it was hard! Everyone else thought so too. We get to watch Red Dawn on Monday...I think I've seen some of it before but I'm not sure...

Okay, well it sounds like you've got mild autism (there's different levels of autism, but all can be improoved with lots of patience on the part of caregivers and educational personnel) but what's it like? I know there are books written by people with autism about what it's like to live with it, but I don't remember any of the titles. :(

But what's it like - as in, is it really hard to concentrate, or do you find you can sit and look at one thing in great detail for hours on end?
How do you process the world about you?
Do you take a greater level of comfort in repetition than most people?
Do you self-stimulate? (ie, flinger flapping)
Do you get distracted by things very easily?
