Lunch fail

Today mom and I went to lunch..we didn't have tons of time since I had to go back to work and mom had to go back to jury duty. The line was really long at River City Cafe, so we went to the Mexican restaurant next door, thinking it would be quicker. We knew we were in trouble when it took at least TWENTY minutes for the waiter to give us menus and drinks. Then we waited 20 or 30 minutes more..another table kept getting served, but the waiter hardly glanced at us. Finally we had to just leave because we ran out of time, and the service was too terrible to stay anyway! (I thought about leaving a note with "fail" on the table, but I didn't..I should have though. :P) I think that's the first time we've done that. Worst service EVER..wow. Guess we won't go back there again. :P We checked River City again and luckily they had slowed down, so we quickly got a sandwich and a smoothie. The smoothie wasn't super great, and mom's sandwich had mold on it!! What the heck?? Haha! We're definitely going to have to make up for it tomorrow lol (we usually go to dinner on Wednesdays). Crazy haha

Yesterday I went to lunch with Denise, and because we totally have exciting lives, we went to work for an hour and a half or so, even though we had the day off LOL. It's definitely better than sitting at home bored all day :P

That really is a fail! I wouldn't go back to that restaurant either. It's so disappointing when you really want to get lunch and then ending up not getting what you want.
Ewwww at the moldy sandwich, wtf.

Clearly you need a "redo" on lunch. What a cluster! Mold on a sandwich? Ewwww!

OMG that TOTALLY sounds like a lunch fail!! How awful :( I hope you were able to make up for it on a night going out to dinner, because it sounds like you both deserved it hehe.
