1. How many hours’ sleep do you need in order to be at your best, and what’s the minimum you can get on a regular basis and still be functional? Around 7 or 8 maybe. A few hours at least..though I might be grumpy :P
2. What’s your favorite sleeping position? On my side
3. What was the cause of your most recent difficulty sleeping? Abby meowing and bothering me lol
4. When you can’t seem to drift off to sleep right away, what are some things you do to bring about sleep? Take melatonin, play on my phone, etc
5. When did you last doze off at an inappropriate time or in an inappropriate place? *shrugs*

1. How many hours’ sleep do you need in order to be at your best, and what’s the minimum you can get on a regular basis and still be functional? I can actually function on very minimal sleep, but it's NOT ideal for me AT ALL hahaha. If I get 7-8 hours of sleep, I feel great. Especially 8.
2. What’s your favorite sleeping position? On my side or back.
3. What was the cause of your most recent difficulty sleeping? I think just weird dreams or my cats.
4. When you can’t seem to drift off to sleep right away, what are some things you do to bring about sleep? Breathing exercises, play around on my phone, listen to soothing music/my Rain Rain app.
5. When did you last doze off at an inappropriate time or in an inappropriate place? I don't remember for sure... Maybe in the movie theater some time ago?
