1. Do you have a hurricane or tornado story? When I lived in Texas I saw the outer bands of Hurricane Rita (very cool! I wish I had taken a picture) and once there were rotating clouds above our house (we had to hide in the closet..scary!), but that's pretty much it lol
2. When was the last time you flew a kite? It's been many years..
3. Not counting in the midst of a storm, where’s the windiest place you’ve been? Texas and Oklahoma are pretty windy since they're so flat..Barrow is too for the same reason, but the weather wasn't great when I was there anyway..
4. Where did you last see a real windmill? Uhhh..no idea
5. From which direction is the wind coming right now? The NE, though it's pretty still out there from what I can see..

1. Do you have a hurricane or tornado story? I've been through a couple pretty major tropical storms when I was living in New Jersey. The first one I remember was from Hurricane Andrew and the second was Floyd. Floyd did some SERIOUS damage around where I was living - major major flooding where we were cut off from other parts of town and stuff. It was nuts! I remember driving around trying to figure out how to get to a friend's house and it was almost impossible. While doing so, I came across a car that had a huge tree that had fallen on it from the winds. It was intense!
2. When was the last time you flew a kite? I'm not sure if I ever have, actually.
3. Not counting in the midst of a storm, where’s the windiest place you’ve been? Hmm... Maybe Hawaii. Hawaii is always windy.
4. Where did you last see a real windmill? I don't remember...
5. From which direction is the wind coming right now? The north apparently.
