Annoying neighbors

Whoever lives below me (she moved in when I was in Florida) must be super popular..she's ALWAYS having people over and being loud. This morning at 12:30 there was a group of people on the other side of her balcony talking and being loud. I had to tell them to be quiet cause I was trying to sleep. They're always smoking too so I can't open my windows without it smelling like an ashtray..ew. I could never do that much socializing..it's so exhausting. One time it sounded like she was having a party at 4 AM. Ugh. Marjorie said someone else complained too, so it's not just me. Of course I don't expect it to be silent in an apartment complex, but jeez, 4 AM is not the time to be loud. I seem to keep having loud downstairs neighbors :/

The weather has been so nice this week! A lot of the snow has melted and the clouds look puffy and springy! There are rain clouds out today. I love spring weather!

Having noisy neighbours is really frustrating - we had some living next door for a while who had a lot of rowdy parties at all kinds of times. And I agree, I could never be that social!

UGH noisy and inconsiderate neighbors are the worst :/ Sorry that you have to deal with that (you DO always seem to have really loud downstairs neighbors haha!). That's good that you're not the only person who complained. Ugh what a headache! I hope that she realizes how rude she is being and keeps it down for a while.
