Archie?? Mrs. Brown?

Mrs. Brown was a really good movie! Though I dunno why the queen was called Mrs. Brown, cause Mr. Brown (her very good friend) never married her. Gerry's characher was called Archie...what kinda name is that? Sounds like a nickname for Legolas...Gerry was hardly in it though. He was in a few scenes (sometimes just as a background character), but usually only with him and his brother (Mr. Brown). He had the most wonderful Scottish accent in this movie...*squeee!!* And even though his hair was basically the same from Phantom at the end, and he had no beard sometimes, I still couldn't tell he was the Phantom! Weird...

LOL this shall be another Gerry post! Does he have something wrong with 1 side of his mouth? I 1st noticed it in POTO, but I thought it was the mask. But I still noticed it after it was taken off. It's *really* notacable in Mrs. Brown and Timeline...anyone know what it is?

I envy anyone who has a copy of POTO right now...*goes into withdrawels*

That was his first movie so it's not likely he will be in that many scenes.

It could be that poke in the eye he got when he was in a play called "Coriolanus". They don't say exactly in his bio but I suspect that's where it came from. Here is his bio on imdb:

Oh yeah, it was...he was awesome in his 1st movie!

LOL I've read it...IMDb is one of the best sites ever. Hmm...why would a poke in the eye affect his mouth though?

The full title is actually Her Majesty, Mrs. Brown. It is sort of a play upon what the Royal court of England feared if she were to marry him. Billy Connolly, the man playing John Brown, is probably the single most respected actor ever to come out of Scotland.

One possibility. Sylvester Stallone has a major droop in the side of his face because an accident with the forceps as he was born left the muscles there paralysed. Perhaps something similar happened to Gerry?
