So Hollywood/History (Hollywood Through History is the real name..at least that's what the teacher said)..we have to do a 6-10 page paper on a theme of movies or something, a visual representation, and a 20 minute presentation. Joyyy..am I really ready for college? Do I belong? Mannn..of course we get to watch movies (out of class too). I was excited for this semester but now..ugh

Today's stupidest quote: "Patient has left his white blood cells at another hospital" (actual comment written by a doctor on a patient's chart)

No worries! Trust me, those 6-10 pages go by like butter when you have your double-spaced 12 point font. And the class sounds interesting, so it won't be a problem. :) Good luck!!!!!

Aw... No worries, Heather! You're a smart chick. I'm sure you'll be fine and exceed in all your endeavors.
As far as being ready for college or belonging, it just takes a little time to adjust. It's totally normal to wonder those things. It's a big change.

Aww Heather! I know you can do it! If you ever have any questions you know you can always ask your professor, and I am pretty sure your college should have some kind of tutoring center you could go to if you ever get stuck with writing a paper.

A 20 minute presentation IS rough, though...I think anybody would think that's rough, not just you. If it makes you feel any better, I had to do an hour and a half oral presentation my very first semester of grad school. *Shudder* Something I hope I NEVER have to do again!!! Ugh!

At least you get to watch movies...perhaps you'll surprise yourself and find that you really will have a lot to talk about in your paper from getting inspired by the movies you watch. *Hugs*
