Sean and I were talking and he said sarcastically "you're so talkative!" and later he went to other people (though he still said I could come over and talk) and I heard "she's cool but--" and "it wasn't working for me"..err I was talking with you! That hurt..

Date: 2007-12-15 01:08 am (UTC)Some people interpret silence as a sign that you don't like them, or you're bored with them, or you're just a very stuck-up person. Silence simply terrifies some people. I know in my teens I used to feel very uncomfortable when I would be talking to someone and there was a period of silence. I would freak out and start rambling off like a crazy person just to fill the air. I do that still, when I get nervous, lol. So, I'm sure if he was talking about you, he meant nothing bad by it. He was probably just feeling uncomfortable.
