2. Which of your weekend activities will feel like your sentence for a crime? Uhh..not sure lol
3. What have you loved or hated upon reading its first paragraph? Where the Crawdads Sing, The Martian and Underland all got me with the first sentence or two. "The way into the underland is through the riven trunk of an old ash tree" totally intrigued me and made me curious for more!
4. In the story of your life, what will be the title of the chapter beginning tomorrow? "Another Lazy Saturday"?? Haha
5. What are the best and worst books you were assigned to read in school? A few I liked were Where the Red Fern Grows, 1984, Gathering Blue and Timeline, and I HATED Of Mice and Men..it seemed so pointless after it ended the way it did
On Monday after dreading hanging out with Donald all day, I knew I had to tell him we couldn't anymore..I groaned inwardly when I saw him waiting by my door when I got home. I let him in, but didn't want to watch a movie or eat the pizza he brought..I just wanted to be alone after a busy day. I just kept cringing at his stupid jokes. He doesn't understand body language or subtle hints, so I just had to tell him straight up that he should find someone else to hang out with, who has the same interests and more energy and stuff. He said "oh" and sat down for a couple minutes, and then asked me for some metal CDs to listen to, and wondered if we could listen to music next week? Ugh, this is going to be harder than I thought. I didn't mention what happened last week and how embarrassing that was and he didn't say anything, so hopefully he forgot about it LOL. The word "post" is now ruined for me now, I can't usually say it without stuttering badly! Good thing I don't have to say it very often lol. I hope I can say "no" next week without hurting his feelings too much..
We don't have to wear masks at work now if we're vaccinated, yay! It was VERY weird at first, I felt naked haha! I'm glad that people can see me smiling again lol
