First sentence meme

Post the first sentence of the first post of every month in 2014 (not including the books I read as a sentence lol)

January: Last night the university museum had free admission, so my parents and I hung out there for awhile till the fireworks started
February: Nicee, good reading so far. :D
March: Eesh, didn't so quite as good this month. :/
April: Aww, poor kitty. :P
May: WOW, 7 books in one month??
June: It's so weird..when I first started tracking my books (2012), I had trouble just getting two or three, but now I suddenly seem to have no problem getting seven!
July: There was a pretty cool rainstorm last night..it's not often it rains that hard here!
August: Today at work we had a going away party for a couple people that were leaving
September: Wow, 9 books last month!!!
October: A Cat Named Darwin is one of the WORST books I have ever read
November: asdf NO WAY, Dr. Dee is the vet I go to!!!
December: Yesterday we finally arrived at Payson
