Books read in May
Jun. 1st, 2015 03:39 pmLove Saves the Day by Gwen Cooper (Apr 30-May 8). This book made me cry!
Raising Ourselves: A Gwitch'in Coming of Age Story from the Yukon River by Velma Wallis (May 8-11). Velma Wallis comes into the bookstore sometimes, so finally decided to read one of her books lol
Travels in Alaska by John Muir (May 12-17)
The Story of Fester Cat by Paul Magrs (May 17-20)
A Street Cat Named Bob: How One Man and His Cat Found Hope on the Streets by James Bowen (May 21-24)
The Story of My Life by Helen Keller (May 25-26)
The Mountain Within: The True Story of the World's Most Extreme Free-Ascent Climber by Alexander Huber (May 27-31)
It's so weird..when I first started tracking my books (2012), I had trouble just getting two or three, but now I suddenly seem to have no problem getting seven! In 2012 I read 27 books, this year I'm already at 26! I'm definitely reading faster than I was back then lol. And yet my to-read shelf never seems to get empty..working in a bookstore is dangerous :P
( Day 21: Something that people wear that you hate )
Today's trivia: The continent of Europe is named for a fictional Phoenician princess called Europa
