Verizon FAIL

Today mom, Ryan and I went to AT&T to get new phones. It turns out two of the phones are still under a Verizon contract. The phones don't work well up here and mom called them to tell them that and that it's not practical to have Verizon up here but no matter what she said they would NOT release her from the contract. Mom was so mad. The contract is up in 10 months and after that we're gonna switch to AT&T..NOT impressed with Verizon anymore. I had my eye on a really nice Android and was so sad I couldn't get it today (I COULD get my own line but it's more expensive if it's not on a family plan). Terrible customer service..ugh. I'm gonna try to find a cheap battery and hope it fixes my phone. Can't wait for that 10th month haha
