When did you start reading it?: *shrugs*
When did you finish it?: Today
Who were the main characters in the story?: Matthew Shardlake, Jack Barak, etc
Who or what was the protagonist?: Matthew and Jack
Who or what was the antagonist?: Tokey, Wright, etc
How did the main character(s) overcome the antagonist?: Wright fell off a roof, Barak stabbed Tokey, etc
Was there a moral to the story?: Maybe?
Did you learn anything about yourself through the process of reading?: Possibly
What was your favorite part of the book?: It was EXTREMELY well written
What was your least favorite part?: Hm..
Who was your favorite character?: Matthew
Who was your least favorite character?: Hm..
Did you learn any new vocabulary words?: Haha oh yes that book had a bunch of big words :P
What was the plot of the story?: Trying to find out if Elizabeth really did kill Ralph and trying to find Greek Fire
What genre(s) did the book belong to?: Mystery
Would you recommend this book to anyone else?: Yeah..I did haha
How did you hear about this book?: Becky recommended to me
Would you read it again one day?: *shrugs*
Is this book by your favorite author?: I've never read him till now
How would you describe the author's style of writing?: Like..sophisticated? It was written in first person
Were you bored by the book, or did you find it engaging?: Engaging
Did you like the way it ended, or could it have ended better?: I was like "whaaaat!" when Lord Cromwell fell and they did all that work for him NOT to fall. But that's what happened historically. I did like that Matthew recruited Jack to work with him though
What was the climax of the story?: Maybe the part where Matthew and Jack fall into Tokey and co's trap and when they get poisoned
What would you have done if you were in the position of the main character?: OMG..he almost got stabbed, he got poisoned, got trapped in a burning house, etc..I think I'd have been dead or something
What was your favorite quote from this book?: *shrugs*
Lastly, how many pages was it?: Just the story is 498 but with other things (historical note, etc) it's 503
