Heck yeah! That was great that we had the opportunity to go up to the Empire State Building... I think it was only the 2nd time I've been to the top, and I had lived in NJ for at least 25 years by that point lol. Go figure. You're right though that we didn't have a choice about using the elevator, we had to. The pigeons were so crazy and it was so windy!
I'm glad that Ryan and your mom came back and that Ryan's eye surgery worked out for him! Sigh, one of these days I will get that for myself... I know it will ultimately be worth it for me considering how bad my vision is. It will be SO nice to wake up and already be able to see.
