I'm sorry you're going through a rough time right now :( I hope the upping of the Paxil dosage helps... It could be that your body just became used to the regular dosage and like you said that low dosage isn't working anymore. Just remember that no matter what, you are an amazing and positive person and I really admire your optimism and bright outlook on life.
I am sooo sad to hear about Pumpkin! :( I hope she comes back VERY soon.
