Friday five

1. As the year comes to a close, what are you looking back upon most fondly? I actually wanted to do a "Best of 2018" post, so here you go!
My Cherry Pilgrimage. <3 I *still* can't believe I was actually there, at Wheathampstead! I loved saying hi to him when I kept passing his grave LOL. Seeing the egg he brought back and going to the Scott Polar Research Institute was amazing as well (I got to talk to someone who knew Cherry's wife!). And to top that trip off, we flew over Greenland on the way home, which was AMAZING..so many glaciers!! I can't put into words how incredible that trip was <3 (And I got to see grandma too, I can't forget that lol!)

Watching the Golden Days Parade with Ingrid, even if it was super hot lol

Finally researching my family tree, and knowing I really do have Mayflower ancestors! Millard Fillmore and other famous people are my cousins, which is cool too lol

The bookstore doing so well this year! Too bad the other bookstore had to close though :(

Going to Florida for Thanksgiving and having fun with relatives

2. What do you do with the end slices on a loaf of sandwich bread? Usually other people eat those, but I'll eat them if they're the only pieces left
3. What in your residence is approaching its last days? Trash that needs to be thrown away lol
4. What would be an appropriate cherry on top of your 2018 in these final days? Uhm..CHERRY!!

5. What (or who) has a fantastic tail? Abby's, even if it is a bit short lol
