Wind and auroras

The weather is CRAZY tonight. They've been predicting a storm with snow and high winds. The snow came early this afternoon but tapered off after a few hours..then the wind came after it got dark. I went to look outside after a strong sounding gust..it had cleared off and the Northern Lights were out! That's something I had never done before..watched the Lights during a crazy windstorm haha! It's kinda scary seeing giant trees swaying in strong wind like that..I hope there's no serious damage tomorrow..
