Nov. 19th, 2011 11:16 amOMG AWESOME I WANT TO DO THIS. I want to get that close to Columbia Glacier!! Usually you can't cause of all the icebergs. Even though it's retreating massively..that thing is huge!! I'm not sure if the blackness in the middle of the glacier (by the water) is moraines or rocks (not sure how far the land is from it)
Wow..these winter sunrises have been so pretty..very orange. This place is just amazing
